A Few Things to Expect:
- Your Surgeon schedules the surgery with us
- Your Surgeon’s office provides your expected arrival time
- The process begins by you completing and forwarding the attached pre registration form
- Your insurance will be verified for eligibility and benefits by our Business Office
- The day before your surgery you will receive a phone call from our Business
- Office advising the deposit due. Payment options are Cash, Check, All major credit cards and Care Credit. For Care Credit approval, please call 800-365-8295.
- Surgery day please bring your Driver’s License and insurance card
We file your insurance for you as a courtesy. Below is a list of the insurance companies we participate with. If your insurance company is not listed, please contact our business office, 601-362-8700, about matching your in network benefits.
